Demo: Try Your Chiropractic AI Receptionist

What happens in the demo

Pick a fictional call scenario and use your microphone to speak with the receptionist, or type if you prefer. Each demo call lasts three minutes, and you can try the scenarios without signing up. Use made-up patient details throughout the conversation.

Listen to the opening notice, then ask your question as a patient would. Try changing the appointment request or asking the receptionist to clarify the next step. Afterward, inspect the summary and other call details shown for the practice owner. The call-handling walkthrough explains how those tasks fit your own office once you set your instructions and forward calls.

What the owner gets

After the demo conversation, the owner view shows the summary, urgency tag, transcript, and recording. Check whether the summary captures the fictional caller's request and makes the next step clear. Where the scenario includes booking or urgent routing, review the booked slot or the handoff prepared for the on-call contact.

For your own practice, call alerts arrive by email and app push, with a daily digest email for review. The dashboard holds the conversations so staff can check details before returning a call. Use this demonstration to decide whether the message would let your front desk act without first listening to the entire recording. Clinical questions still need your clinician's response.

Set it up for your business

Enter your business name and website to try a receptionist using your own practice information. This personalized step needs your email. The AI reads your site so you can call and hear how it uses the details about your business.

Keep patient names and health information fictional while testing. Ask about an office detail from your website, then try a booking request and inspect the response. To set the actual call instructions, request your practice's free trial; we'll email your sign-in link when the trial is ready. The onboarding chat covers services, hours, intake questions, and who receives urgent calls.

We look at your public website and set up a short demo call as your business. You get one demo per email each day.

Privacy and the demo

Demo conversations are with an AI assistant and are recorded and transcribed to show the result. Use fictional names and situations. Do not share sensitive details, real patient information, or payment information during your test.

Common questions

Do I need an account to try a demo call?

No signup is needed for the fictional practice scenarios. Pick a call and talk through your microphone, or type your side of the conversation. If you choose to personalize the receptionist with your business name and website, that step asks for your email.

What should I listen for during the call?

Listen for the virtual-assistant and recording notices, the questions asked, and the next step offered. Then inspect the owner summary for the same request. An insurance question should become a staff message, while a clinical concern should go to the clinician without treatment advice.

Does the demo record what I say?

Yes. Demo calls are recorded and transcribed so you can see the result alongside the conversation. The assistant announces the recording in its greeting. Keep the test fictional and leave out real patient details, private health information, and anything else you would not want included in a demo record.

Can I test an urgent symptom call?

Choose the fictional numbness or loss-of-bladder-control scenario to hear the safety script. The receptionist directs the caller to urgent care or 911 first, then alerts the office. This is a demonstration of scripted call handling; clinical decisions stay with the clinician, and the service does not replace emergency care.

How do I move from the demo to my practice's calls?

Request a free trial; we'll email your sign-in link when the trial is ready. Then use an email sign-in link and complete the onboarding chat about your practice. Set your booking preference and urgent contacts, then make a test call. Add a card before call forwarding goes live, and use the forwarding guide for your existing number.
